Data Download and Upload

The record transaction is displayed in the Transaction Type field.

Transaction types include Move From (Inventory Move), Physical

Inventory, Cycle Count, Receive, and Pick.

The date and time of the record transaction is displayed in the Transac-

tion Date field.

The logged in user at the time of the record transaction is displayed in

the User ID field.

The form also displays the following record details, which may be

edited before processing:

• Site

• Location

• Item #

• Order #

• Line #

• Quantity

• Unit of Measure

• From Site

• From Location

• Cust/Vendor

• Ship Customer

• Lot

• Exp Date

• Serial #

5. Mark the Force Processing check box to override record processing

parameters to reject the following records during processing (as set in

the Record Rules portion of the Batch Portable Utility Options form):

• New Site

• New Location

• New Items

• Missing “From” Location

• Negative Quantity

6. Select the Process button to process the record.

If an error is found, the record will not be processed.

Select the Skip Record button to continue processing. Or,

click the View errors button in the Process Records form. The Process-

ing Errors dialog appears. It displays the record error. Correct the
