Check In-Out Management

The item condition is listed in the Condition field.

To change the condition, press <F1> or <F2> to scroll through the condi-

tion options in the system; select the desired condition from the options

available.

5. When the desired condition is selected, press the <Enter> key to con-

tinue. A Confirmation screen appears.

Review the confirmation screen. If you want to change the parameters of

the check in transaction, press the <ESC> key to return to the desired

screen and change the order information.

To process the check in transaction, press <Enter> at the Confirm

screen. You are returned to the Item ID screen: if applicable, check in

another item; or, if you are finished checking in items, press the <Esc>

key to return to the Check In/Out menu screen.

Out an Item

To check out a check-out item via the RF portable, please refer to the steps

that follow.

1. From the Main menu, select <F1> Check in/out; the Check In/Out menu

appears.
