Initializing the System

Out. Kit building enables you to assemble similar item IDs together into a
single kit for check out, reservation, and retire check out functions. An
example of a kit item is a tool box that contains various tools.
Adding a Check Out Item
To add a check out item or a kit check out item, please refer to the steps
that follow.
1. Open the Item Data form by selecting Manage > Inventory > Item
from the ribbon.
The Item Data form appears.
2. Click the Add button along the bottom of the form to place the form in
Add mode. The cursor appears in the Item # field.
